Step 1: Remove and Flatten

Cut a piece of pure cotton fabric to match the size of your lamp shade, leaving some excess fabric on each side. This extra fabric will allow for a seamless and tidy finish.

Hoop your fabric along with a single layer of iron-on stabilizer at the back. This stabilizer will provide support and prevent the fabric from puckering during the embroidery process.
